I ordered medicine with credit card and it was immeadiately charged before I got the confirmation.($19.95)
I gave all the info they asked for and within two hours they replied that I could not get the medicine because it could not be refilled until Aug-2007. I have never ordered from them before.I cancelled my monthly subscription by cancelling my credit card immeadiately. Some one in the goverment needs to look into this.
you can not get in touch with them no matter how hard you try. I have called my credit card company and have put them on alert for this company. They will answer to someone some day.

today OCtober 24th I rec' a credit from MonarchPharm for the amount I paid. I believe I am very fortunate to get a refund as quickly as I did although it was probably because I did a lot of protesting and being aggressive and I would have followed up on my statements.
