I hired Marie to transport my rescue from Missouri to Kansas after she completed QT. She originally said it would be the week before Labor Day. She was running behind on her load, so we agreed that my mare could wait a couple of days so she could get her other loads done.

On 9/1/15 she confirmed that pick up would be on 9/8. She sent the "contract" via FB messenger outlying the details and price. On 9/4 she updates to say she will be able to drop her off on 9/7 (Labor Day), which worked better for me. I sent payment that day.

9/7 arrives and I get a message from the QT that they have not heard from her. Both me and the QT try calling. I send messages and texts. She does not responded to emails, messages, phone calls or texts. Same thing on 9/8. MEANWHILE - she is conversing via FB Messenger to a friend of mine who pretended to inquire about transport.

On 9/9 I send another message at 4am. She FINALLY responds at 1:45 telling me that she is back in Colorado (supposedly having to replace a U-joint) but won't give me any day or time that she'll pick up my horse. With no response or word from her for DAYS, only to find out she is back in CO and left hanging on getting my horse - basically failure to meet HER contract terms, I had to scramble for other transportation as well as pay additional boarding fees. I send another message that evening at 10pm letting her know I found someone else. At 10:42, she send the first email promising to refund my money. This has gone on continuously for the past several months (September through December when I finally stopped asking) - me emailing asking for the refund, her excuse why she didn't already do it, and promising to do so.
