Menards bad products Crestwood Illinois

I had gone to Menards for some tools for my construction Company I had purchased a 12 volt Duel Source Skill Screw Gun. An entire kit, Screw Gun, battery, Charger and carrying case.

My employee charged it up over night like they told him in the directions. The next day he had taken it to the job with him, and the gun only worked for about 5 min. He had to charge it up again.

When it charged up once again it only worked for 5 min. He was held up on the job and could not finish.

He told me about it. I called Menards to ask if I can bring it back, they said yes and for an even exchange, I did, I received another screw gun, and had gone home charged it up and this one did the same thing as the first, I had gone back to Menards and once again exchanged it. The 3rd one did the same thing.

I called the Skill Corporation and they told me to go back to Menards and get a replacement. I told Skill Corp. that I did that 3 times and each time they gave me a defective product.

I was willing to send the defective one back to Skill corp. and for a replacement from the factory, The lady I spoke to at the Skill Corp. That I had to go back to menards. Talked to the supervisor of Skill corp. and she said the same thing.

All I wanted was for the factory to replace a screw gun with attachements from the factory.
