REBATE DENIED, menards DENIED REBATE INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA

I tried to buy iams dog food that menards had a rebate on .the store i tryed to buy from did not carry the 48 lbs. that was advertised. So they give me a sorry slip raincheck to buy at another store at 7140 s emerson avenue indpls. in. 46237. When i tried to use the raincheck at this store they would not honer the rebate. They said they should not have given me the raincheck and walked away verry rude.

I have spent a lot of money at this store lots of employees know me by the amount of time im in the store. I ask for the manger of the store and i had a cart of products that i had bought over $400.00 worth. I told the manger of the store Adam what was going on and how rude i was treated. i ask for the employee that was rude,him and me to have a talk he said that was not a good idea. Since i had a problem with the employee that was rude to me.

So the manger and me talked i tryed to explane what was going on. he told me since i had a problem with the employee i should find another store to shop at. I tryed to talk to the employee that was rude that worked at the front counter to explane what was going on and i was not trying to cause a proublem for any body.

The employee looked at me dead in the eyes and said if you want to see rude i will show you rude. started to walk away turned around as the employee was walking and said this is rude and walked away i tryed to to talk with no luck.

I Emailed menards and got old Ray with no luck with my problem i emailed menards several times. Customer service at menards is verry poor and the web site for menards customer service is a waste of time all you get is ray.

all you get is sorry about your luck. we are right your wrong they wont call to try to solve any problems. Ray gives you a phone# to call when i have been told to find anoyher store to shop at. Im the customer the store manger told me to find another store to shop at. I emailed them now i have to call them im the customer all this over a $5.00 rebate i have spent $1.000 dollers at this store not any more.
