I ordered two tickets to Motown - the musical for June 15, 2013 -2pm perfromance on 3/27/13. During ordering I specified "Front Mezzanine (Zone C) rows A-E" It stated clearly (and also on the invoice Notes) that if more than 4 tickets purchased the tickets may be split. All seats are guaranteed to be located within the requested zone"

The tickets arrived via FedEx on April 2, 2013.

The first shocker was the seats are not next to each other. The second shocker is that the seats are Orchestra (Zone A) row "X" --all the way in the back. The price printed on the ticket was $142. They charged me $165 plus $37.95 service fee. It appears this place is nothing but a scalping agent!!

When I protested and sent an email, I was told they took the liberty because the tickets were considered an upgrade. What upgrade? From Front Mezzanine to all the way back on ground level?

If someone buys 2 tickets they expect to be seated next to each other. To split them is an insult and to just blatantly lie (they said almost sold out but when i go on the site it says 8 tickets left for Mezzaine Zone C!!) and to change the zone area contrary to the guarantee is just horrible business.

Caveat emptor. Stay away from this rip-off company.
