Recieved a letter from Dept. Of Justice today, with MGR Solutions responce to their letter to them.Mr. Bollen that is suppose to be Fired answered it.Of course he lied to them, saing that I had asked him for a refund. The letter in which I had told them that if I did not get something reguarding the Grant by the 31st of March, I would concider them in breach of contract and would expect a refund by April 30, 2007, ( They Refused-Sent Certified).They told the Justice Dept. that they were going to send me a refund. I guess contacting all of the agency's got to hot to handle.

I GOT A REFUND FROM MGR SOLUTIONS TODAY AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been through H-- for the past 11 1/2 months trying to find out weather I was or wasn't approved for a grant. I was told my first application was refused and they had sent a new application to a differant agency in August and was recieved by them August 12,06.

I have called over and over , been told all kinds of things.I wrote a letter to Ben Miller, he called and said I would get a letter no letter than Janurary 31,2007. When Feburary 1st came with no letter I started calling.One excuse after another or no answer at all.

I left a message on 3-5-07 and a Mr Britt Parker teturned the call.He informed me that he was the new Costomer Service MANAGER of MGR Solutions, that he had Fired Michael Bollen and his Staff. He said that he was going to look at my file so he could tell me what had or had not been done and would call me back the next day 3-6-07.

3-6-07 by 12;40 I had not recieved a call so I called. Recording;Left message for Mr. Parker to call.4;15pm called again left same message.3-7-07 called at 3;38pm when I had not gotten a return call. A Stephen Byron answered said he would make it a proity call for Mr. Parker to call me.

At 8;40pm I recieved a call from Stephen Byron, at this time he tells me he is Mr. Parkers assistant, tells me he is sorry for the problems I have been having.That they were trying to do damage control due to Ben Miller ( Whom he Fired ) and his staff.Said he would get back to me Monday about the same time to discuss my file.

He did call back on monday but it was at 5;48pm and I had not gotten home from the doctor yet, so I missed the call.3-8-07 Tuesday I called him back got recording;left message.Contenued calling with no replys until 3-14-07 10;17am; Stephen Byron answered:Hold while I get your file, Its been approved!!!!

Said one had been sent but it got lost so he would e-mail it to me.3-15-07 2;58pm called Stephen answered. I asked where the e-mail was he said he sent it 2 to 3 hours ago. Told him I would call him back because I had dial-up. Checked my e-mail no e-mail in regular or in spam.

Called back3;18pm Stephen answered again; told him no e-mail, Hold She spelled your name wrong I will send it again. I asked him to send me a copy of the refusal letter from the first letter. He tells me to Disreguard everything I had been told by Ben Miller and his staff because it had never happened.WHAT!!!

3-16-07 still no e-mail 2;08pm called Stephen answered. Said he had conformation he sent it, said something must be wroug with their e-mailer. Will check it and I should have it by Monday the 19th.

Checked my e-mails at 918pm and it was their. I had applied for a Grant to fix my home. I'am on Disibility Social Security and needed the Grant for replacement windows, Heat System ( heating with 2 kitchen ovens ) and insulation. What I recieved was a MGR Solutions Benefit Report for ( me ) Which included 16 pages of SBA established business grant and loan programs you could apply for and VHDA business help grants you could apply for.

NOTHING for Rural home improvement loans or grants.No Letters of approval.

Wait till Monday!!! I have sent my file to BBB, Attorney Generals Office, Govoners Office, FBI and Senitors Office and I wont stop their. Will wait to see where it gets me.
