Miami Master Cars ABSOLUTELY NO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION or good sales Miami Florida

Contacted seller through email left on ebay website. Negotiated and came to an agreement. Purchased car, 2002 Audi A4. Check engine light came on. Had car inspected (by Audi Dealership!!). Many mechanical/engine problems stored in cars computer. (Cam out of spec's/electical error/cadalitic converter bad) Contacted dealer, dealer told me that I had purchased a lemon. Was told that it was a used car and as such, i was lucky to make it home. Was told that they buy from auction and sell. NO INSPECTION DONE.

I then went through an online mediator to help resolve the situation (as i purchased it through email and over the phone, i am not able to feedback ebay). squaretrade.com contacted them and there reply was an ABSOLUTE lie, as follows..

First, dealer says that i was not told that it was a lemon and i was lucky... ect when i called. LIE
Second, dealer says that they told me to take it to a dealership. LIE I offered to take it back to them, there mechanic or a mechanic/dealership local to me (Tampa, FL). They were not willing to make good on the sale in way.

Please do not put yourself through what I have gone through. This is a VERY shady business run by people who make there money ripping people off. They have no business morals or customer care. I have given up hope of having this matter resolved through them.
