My husband was scammed by this guy Michael Johnson of Napleton Honda he was told if he co signed for a client (that he did not know it was something NEW they were doing and it was perfectly legal) he was going to get paid and it will make his credit stronger.

I found out about the vehicle when the police THREE SQUAD CARS came to my house asking about a guy name Mario someone me nor my husband ever met.  Until today my husband never had paperwork on the vehicle until Michael Johnson called My husband and said the truck had been IMPOUNDED.

We found out that the 2020 Jeep was 3 months behind in car payments.  By me recently doing my homework found out that the thug Mario had paid Mr. MJ money to put all of this mess together.  All I want is my husbands good name back and for them to leave of alone.

STUPID Beyond All Belief!

AUTHOR: Momo - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 04, 2020

What you're saying is out of the clear blue sky this dealership contacted your husband to ask him to co-sign for somebody he didn't know. There's only TWO possibilities here. Your husband is lying to you and he actually knows this guy or somehow he was contacted in did this incredibly STUPID arrangement!

He is a co-signer which means he is responsible as much as the other guy. However, I have a feeling there's much more to this than you listed here and quite possibly you don't know the details because your husband is lying to you.

Theft?

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 04, 2020

You are saying that an employee of a Dealership out of the blue pulled your Husband into the dealership and asked for him to Co-Sign for a loan of someone who he does not know...and your husband did it?

If(and that is highly suspect) you are being truthful let me be equally truthful. Your husband is probably the dumbest individual on the face of the earth and quite frankly is likely a criminal himself.  You are likely the second dumbest individual, especially if you believe the story where he would get paid by co-signing a loan for someone he never met.

By the way what did the police say when your husband "came clean" and told them the whole sorted story. He did talk to them...right?
