Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
DO NOT LET YOUR PURSE OUT OF YOUR SIGHT! My entire wallet was stolen from my cart! My cart was arms legenth away at all times but still someone managed to steal from my purse! When I told the manager he was not sympathetic and shrugged it off said it happens all the time and he was "not allowed " to view cameras. The store was not crowded for all he knows it could of been an employee. He offered zero assistance . Maybe if there are thieves stealing from your customers you should do something about it ???! Just saying I will NOT BE BACK

Viewing the security camera will serve no purpose. You should request to view the video.

If you believe that there is a thief stealing your wallet inside the store and the manager can't review the camera, you need to take an action. Did you call the police and report the situation? You could actually get a police on site and then you can force the store manager to assist you on viewing the security camera.
However, it is still your responsibility on keeping your personal belonging at ALL TIME in public regardless how FAR it is away from you. It is not the owner of the premise (shops) you are in to take care of your belonging. You need to blame yourself not holding on to your purse rather than blame the shops.

When you called them?? It is your responsibility to take care of your personal belongings not the store. How do you know an employee stole your wallet? What do you want the Manager to do??? Lock down the store and search everyone?? Learn to be proactive and take care of your possessions.
