Microsoft will not fix my X Box360. They informed me to remove any custom faceplates and cases, so I did. So they informed me that I tampered with the XBOX by removing the case. So I have a XBOX360 that is less than 6 months old that was only used for one game, and they will not fix this problem. And further more the service for microsoft is over seas, and the people dont speak good enough english to understand anything. I had called them to make sure that I was doing the right thing by removing the custom case, and they said yes. So due to me not understanding the procedure of the return I am out $400.00 plus. I have lost any faith in Microsoft Corp that I have had. I am very upset.
