midas auto service experts I needed two new Catalytic converters for my truck and I wanted to keep the old ones and he told me that the state has ot inspect them and he has to hold on to them for 30-90 days.I called the state police and he never heard of that so is this legal? If this is not straightened out I will tell everyone I know about Midas. quakertown Pennsylvania
