Midland Mortgage Company Dont do business with Company , Internet

Me and my wife had gotten alittle behind and we were working on getting it fix, had agreed to a repayment plan and were waiting on what to send as way of payment amounts, never recieved anything. I decided to just send the entire amount that was owed. We talk to them on 4 MAR 11 to get amount (made a verbal agreement) sent them a check on the 16 MAR 11. They would not post the check since it went into forclosure and wasnt a certified check or money order which wasnt stated by them, on the 10 MAR 11, (which we didnt findout until the 22 MAR 11). We then had to pay over a 1k to get into a repayment plan, which we are still waiting on paperwork. We now have to pay almost 200 more then our loan amount plus lawyer fees, to get caught up. I would like to see if we could get on board with this lawsuit.
