Milanj Diamonds OUTRAGED BY DECEPTION! King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

My experience was nothing like what the complaintant described. My girlfriend (wife now) and I walked in and dressed like two average people of average means; however the staff treated us as if we where regulars. Let me tell you, that is definitely not the case in many of the jewelers in the area (especially Tiffanys!). I thought the staff and owner were very laid back and professional; I never felt pressured into buying anything. They took the time to show us everything from modest priced rings to pretty expensive rings and at no point did they inquire as to how I intended to pay until we decided on a ring. I can't speak to the credit process, since I paid cash for our ring, but the process was extremely quick and painless. Out of all the high end jewelers we visited in the area they are the only ones that didn't judge us for wearing tshirts and jeans when we walked in the door. And one of the main reasons they received our business and the 15k sale. So if you're looking for a laid back environment with a great staff (David M, Joyce and Mr. Milanj) that will take the time to walk you through the process, I recommend Milanj. *I'm not a friend, employee or receiving any favors for this review.

When clients allow us the privilege of serving them, and in the course of their contemplating the purchase, we share with them that we offer 12 month financing at no interest. Should they be considering paying with a vehicle that bears interest for them, they may wish to utilize the funds we have available, should they qualify.

If they agree to let us look into what monies are available for them, they fill out an application, providing us two forms of identification, and sign off on the application, giving us permission to run the application. 

Milanj Diamonds has never, and would never, run an application without the express consent of the applicant, after providing proof of who they are.

The sales professional who helped this client is a third-generation jeweler, someone for which we are honored to have on staff. He does not conduct himself as the client as inaccurately proclaimed, nor would he. Further, the management of Milanj Diamonds would not allow for such behavior.
