Miller-Plante, Inc harassing phone calls 1 after another, rude people, many phone numbers Maitland Florida

I was contacted by them and agreed to try their risk free product. My husband and I talked about it and agreed that 30 days would not be sufficient to determine if it was working or not. I returned the product by refusing it.

The first phone call I got from them a lady told me to call them and track my order, which I did. I got 2 tracking confirmation papers from them with 2 different delivery dates. The funny thing is the first one i got at the bottom right it says it was printed off on 6/17/2008 and the second one I got about three weeks later was printed off on 6/14/2008 the delivery date on the first one was in april and the second one was in may. The day I got the second conformation I also got a final request prior to collection. We had been gone for the weekend and picked up our mail Sunday evening. That same night I got my first phone call from sombody who said they were from collections, I told him I would have to call them to find out what was going on. He then told me he would be sending a legal notice about this and their fees and he hung up on me. It did not dawn on me until later that it was a Sunday when they had called. I know telemarketers are not allowed to call on Sunday's. Less than 10 minutes after I talked to the first guy a second guy called. He told me that something didn't look right and that I should call Monday and ask for Linda.

Early Monday morning I called her. She kept telling me they never received the product and wanted to know how I was going to pay. I told her I needed to talk to my mail carrier before I did anything, I told her I would call her back after I talked to her. I talked to my mail lady late that day and she remembered taking it back and scanning it as refused. When I told her the second date they had given me she said that would have been about the time they should have gotten the package back. I then tried to call that Linda back, but connected me with a guy. I told him too that my post office was going to look into this further.

The next day I finally answered one of their calls. Every single time I tried to talk the guy would interrupt me. Then he told me he would send out another box and he would cut the price so we could take care of this. I told him no I needed to talk to my husband first. Again less than 10 minutes later another guy called me. He dropped the price even further I told him I had to talk to my husband first. He told me the offer was on the table until 9:00 pm, I told him I would call him back before that. I called just before 9:00 and a woman answered. I told her I needed speak with Charles. She pulled up my file and again I told her I needed to talk to Charles. She told me their was no Charles there. I told her I just wanted to let him know that I had not talked to my husband yet as he was working late, but I would talk to him as soon as he got in. That was not good enough for her so she told me she would be filing with the court the next day. I told her to go for it and hung up on her. I was off the phone for less than a minute when Charles called. I could hear someone coaching him in the background and when his coaching was not working on getting me to pay he got on the phone. We got off the phone agreeing that Charles would call me. Thankfully at that time a friend of mine googled their name and came up with this website.

When he does call I am going to tell him I will pay but not over the phone, so hopefully I can get an addresse to go with all these phone numbers when I call the better business bureau. I can lie to them as good as they lie to me. No way am I paying this. I cannot believe this company has been allowed to do this to all these people and have never been shut down.
