Milo Lewis Cloud 10 Lic.#01772537 has received $1,595.00 and has NOT helped me in any form.  He is more interested in collecting my money to pay his bills than to help in saving my property. I requested my files a month ago had not heard from him so went down to office again 3rd time, he was not in.  Worker contacted him by phone and I spoke with him told him I wanted my files its been a month now and also requested a refund, he told me that wasn't going to happen. I told him I want my files now.  He said that wasn't going to happen either he was busy. Asked him what has he done for me?  He started asking me ??? I told him just answer the ? what have you done for me?  He told me to SHUT UP!!! I repeated what he said the worker heard the conversation.  Come to find out he will be Moving to a new location on March Lane in Stockton, CA (209) 625-7595  He has made many promises But has not fulfilled ounce of Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!Scammmmed ME. Predator Broker They will convince you to Short sale your property, pay him to sell it,  and pay you to lose it and tell you its better to sell it than to modify it. Quote from customer out side the building. I'm sure their are others who have gotten taken by Milo Lewis. He said he could out talk any attorney that he scares them (attorneys) when he speaks he's so full of himself. Watch out if your an attorney:0  (707) 340-6000 Cell Number  Will help you spend your hard earned money on his wants because he's special.  Everything stated here is nothing but the truth!! Milo you brag about how much money you have, it's not money you earned, its money you have taken from people already having hard times, can you sleep on a windy night? Church Boy.

All Wrong and All Dishonest complaint

This person is being dishonest and inaccurate. This person refuses to identify themselves and posts false inaccurate information. Research has identified who this is and I can state for the following:

1) $1595 was  the total cost for multiple properties - 4 ..which means the amount paid was about $400 per home.

2) This client DID get a modification from us on the primary residence. Most charge thousands to get a modification on home;

3) This client could not get modifications on the investment homes because he was renting to family at reduced rent that could not cover modified options. Client was able tos ave primary home and given exit support for the investments. Client was pocketing rent payments and each property was extended for over 6 more months to research options. Client collected thousands in rent payments during this process.

4) Client attempted legal resolution in small claims court and the result was dismissed with $0 owed to the client. I did not counter sue for the amount still due.

I know this client and this situation and I am disappointed that it has escalated to a level where false reports on our character integrity and value is being placed by this one angry client.

 

First and foremost we have counseled thousands and represented hundreds of clients. We have a very good name as it relates to the fees that we charge(d); and the results for all are clients.  We will be happy to provide you very positive testimonials if anyone is concerned about this client. Our modificaton results are above 97% and our value commitment is 100%

 

Here are the facts in this case (note client confidentiality is maintained)

 

1 - Client came to us ironically claiming that his/her previous service provider was and should be sued.

2 - Client had 3-4 consultations with us prior to enrollment to discuss goals since case was unique. We built plan A and B with this client

3 - Client enrolled several properties so $1595 is not a lot concerning the total of 4-5 properties enrolled. On the first property the client interered with negotiations and took over hurting our ability to achieve the results desired. We gave client credit despite the fact the client interfered which is a policy violation.

 4- Client made a payment arrangement for us to manage all properties but could not make the payment arrangement. Even though this client is collecting rent from tenants and not paying the mortgages - this client thinks they cannot pay what we agreed.  We shared with client our work stops until you make your payment arrangement as agreed. Client recieved thousands from renters (not paying rent) but decided could not pay us the next installment as agreed.

5- Once we told client they had to pay or file was frozen (and this was a few weeks after the agreed date) client became angry and amongst other things posted this report on this site.

 

In time order I am providing this former client a detail of of work done a copy of file and investigating what if any money is owed.   

 

We have a service spirit with our clients and hope anyone who sees this will call for themselves. We like to build people up and help families solve tough troubles. This is an investor with many properties and little income and we feel for the stress this client is under. We are hopeful that they win just as we desire this for all families we come across.
