This complaint is either a hoax or a continued sabotoage effort from an investor we attempted  to serve back in 2009. The investor had many properties and decided to stop paying the agreed contract but wanted us to continue to work. 

We would invite anyone to provide proof of this claim so we could address it and prove it false. We We have served more than 1000 families and have recieved very few complaints.  I can be reached at 707.340.6000.

Being that we have one active complaint from Stockton I can say with confidence that this paticular person was an investor who was collecting rents from several properties and not paying the mortages. We gave them a plan to restructure and a payment plan however they did not make the installment payment for our service as agreed. We continued to service for two weeks and then closedthe account becasue of nonpayment. If anyne thingks it is ok to hire someone, negotiate deep prie discounts, dmand a payment arrangment and then by second installment not pay. It does not work that way.
  
Unfortunately when people are upset they aim to assault the reputation of others. This is a dishonest attempt to damage our reputation. We would be happy to not only address this issuee but provide references of accomplishment as well.
