6-22-2009 Wife found an ad in our local newspaper.  We called and got an answering machine that directed us to a different number regarding the travel package for sale.

I called up and Lisa said that "the Robinsons" were getting divorced and were selling their package that they paid $750 for and selling it out for $289  Package for for 4 Nights in Orlando, 2 nights in Daytona, and 4 Nights in Cancun.

I went through the whole process, listened to all the details and "fell for it".

They said they would mail me a package with all the details.

7-10-2009  Have not received anything in the mail yet.

7-17-2009 Hours stated on the phone were 9:00-7:00.EST.  Yet they did not answer the phone at 5:07pm.  I tried calling probably 8 times.

Next day finnaly got ahold of them on the phone again.  Lisa said they went home early.  After many "attempts" I finally got them to fax some paperwork to me, in which I could not read 90% of the writing because it looked as it were a copy of a copy of a copy, etc...

I did finaly get a package in the mail of a bunch of blank forms that meant nothing to me... oh, and some coupons that I probably could have picked up for free at a visitor center.

After I had made this purchase I found some of these similar articles on RipOff Report.com.   So I called and asked for a refund.  They said they were not giving my money back.  She said call 800-430-8353 and schedule a vacation if I wanted.  Whenever I call this number I get the "run around" which leads me nowhere.

2-4-2010. Mini Getaways # 407-896-4831 is disconnected.

After I had figured to just forget about it and stop trying to get my money back,  I figured I would try calling the number they gave me a long time back and actually try to utilize part of this "package".  I called once, waiting 5 minutes listening to music, hung up, tried 3 more times and finaly got someone.  They said I had a package bought through mini getaways and I had to Schedule a stay through "mini getaways".... and she gave me yet another number to call, in which no one answered. 386-467-9050

Long story short:  I give up, THIS IS A SCAM, my money is gone, and I am unable to schedule a vaction.
