Mini Getaways Inc ARC Geat Time Vacations Absolute Reservation Center RIPOFF SCAM THEIVES Longwood Florida

I purchased a vacation package I saw in the paper, and I wanted to go to Disney World. Well it took a month to get the right name on it. I had to send a 49.00 prossesing fee (which I did).

Well I call because I didn't receive a confirmation like I was supposed to. Their number 407-896-4831 was disconnected. Well I tried the other number 407-571-5060 th there was no answer. It took (27) days for me to reach anyone. and I finally got a 1-800-430-8353 number.

Barbera said they would send it to me by the next business day. NOTHING. I called back to get a refund they said I only paid them the processing fee. I said fine I'm calling the other number back. which I did. I spoke to someone from Mini Getaways Inc and was told she to call ARC AKA Great Time Vactions back and get a name. I did and the name was MISTY.

so I call back to mini getaways and she said the supervisor would call me back. well Patrick did, and said he'd give me a refund, I said FINE, then he said I purchased it from someone else and there was nothing he could do. I told him if I purchase something and the sister company in this case (ARC/Great Time Vacations) and they didn't honor my purchase then it was fraud & theft.

I told him I contacted the BBB and The FCC. He said they would handle it with the Corporate office, I asked for the number he said NO! I said I would google it and he said do whatever you want. well after some screaming and crying. I called back to ARC/Great Time Vactions.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told no, I got into an arguement with the woman because she wouldnt let me talk to anyone else I told her I would call the police and she said go ahead, and hung up on me.

I called the Longwood Police Dept. I spoke to an officer and he said he looked online and saw they had a bunch of complaints against them. I've gotta wait a little longer before I can try and get my refund.

Please lookup the companies before you buy, If I had known I was buying from a PO BOX I never wouldve done it. if someone puts something in the paper it doesnt mean its real. Please be careful out there.
