I have now had unauthorized charges by this company, to my checking account, through my debit card, for the past three months. The first was the beginning of July and the charge was for $69.99, the second the first of August for $79.99 and the third was the first of September (3 days ago) for $69.99.

I have repeatedly tried to reach this company through their 24/7 customer service email and by phoning the number on my bank statement next to their company name. Alas, no response from them in either form! I have not been able to ascertain exactly what these charges are for, but have been able to make an assumption based on all of the other complaints I have read. I really do not remember ever doing businees with this company and still have no idea how they got my account information.

I have filed 3 seperate disputes with my bank over the last two months and have not received any refunds as yet. I have closed my debit card. I am really adverse to closing this entire account, as through this account, I have been doing online business with reputable companies for many years, I have direct deposit for my income, and I have automatic bill pay for many of my bills. Closing the account would cause me great inconvenience and unending heartburn.

I have also sent complaints to the New York State Attorney General's Office, the BBB, Amazon (still doing business with them as far as I can tell), MyPoints (also still doing business with them) and every complaint forum I could find on the internet. This company is still in business, imagine that! I would really like to see this company's web site and bank accounts shut down. I think that it is pathetic that they have been allowed to precipitate this fraud against consumers they way that they have. I have been lucky so far as I have not incurred any other overdraft charges or such, but I have seen many complaints that state that has happened to others.

Is there anyone out there who is willing to help me and others to get our money back and stop these fraudulent charges? I am at my wits end. I have no idea where else to turn.
