I have never seen any company for the price and nature of this kind of product only offers a measly one-year warranty; that is a fact and will harm anyone that gets one of these homes because disaster can strike anytime, an act of God or things beyond your control. 

Another important fact is on the contract, there is a tidbit about the venue of jurisdiction; Modal will trick you into making Utah the place to file and will try to move everything to Utah, despite the place where the incident or injury took place. If you are bold enough, file in 2 states. 

I am just pointing this out so you can decide on your own whether you want to risk buying their pods or modular homes. Buyer, beware, don't say I didn't warn you.

The way the contract is written only benefits Modal; once they have your money, you are at their mercy; even if they rob you and give you something atrocious, you will be subjected to their substandard homes and an array of subcontractors that don't know what they are doing.
