MODEL PRODUCTIONS The Model-shop, Amms, American Mall Model Search, Doug Waldbausser telling me to kiss Ashley Waldbausser's A**! Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Well, i never thought it would come to something like this. I don't even want to be extremely disrespectful as some become when creating their reports. I am honestly HURT by what i have had to go through with this company. Upon entering the American Mall Model Search Competition my confidence was high. I told EVERYBODY, & they were all very excited as they know that i have been pursuing my modeling career for quite a long time now.

I felt like this was my last chance to make my dream become a reality & i would do whatever i had to do to ace it. Before i even went to my audition i received multiple warnings on this agency about them being greedy, unethical & basically a bunch of arrogant SCROOGES! i did my own research about the company and i saw MANY MANY MANY complaints. I figured it was just a few angry people that didnt make the cut or didn't really know what the industry is about.

I talked to my husband & as with anything he encouraged me to push forward and have faith in myself. I believe i put faith in this agency as well & it bit me in the you know what! I dished out 300 bucks of my husbands hard earned money to pay for a handful of EXTREMELY unprofessional pictures that could have been done on my digital camera & retouched by myself. Although things are beginning to become a little fishy i stayed by my faith as in any uneasy situation in my life.

i then was pulled to the side by Mr. DOUG WALDBAUSSER!!!! yes i put his name in all caps because i want him EXPOSED & i have a lava hot passion to say something so crude & ignorant about this man but im choosing not to step completely out of my character, so all caps will just have to do. Anyway i was pulled to to the side by him & asked to attend a photo shoot on a nearby beach where i live, in Jacksonville North Carolina.

I attended this shoot where with high confidence, did what i was told. I sat down with him afterwards where i was given a critique & was told all positive things. only thing that needed to be changed was my hair because at the time it wasn't my natural hair. My email address was taken & i was told that i would shortly receive my photos from the shoot. WELL...that was march 11, 2011 & here it is April 24 & still no pictures!

Now i know what you all are saying "he's a busy man, relax kid" I completely understand that so i waited & waited & waited, because...he's a busy man! HA! So i texted him...(weird right?, well he told me to!) & asked was everything going good with the pics, no response...UNDERSTOOD..he's a busy man... So he finally texted me back and said "hi Adriane all is GREAT!!! do me a favor & TEXT me your email address so i can go ahead and send these pictures!

So i say great will do! So i do. A week and a half later i text again asking did he receive my text. i wasnt sure because my phone had been on the glitz. No response. UNDERSTOOD...he's a busy man....So another 3 days pass & he responds Hey Adriane, all is GREAT! Do me a favor & TEXXXXT Ahley (ASHLEY WALDBAUSSER) your email information so she can go ahead & send you these pictures. ALSO please send some pictures of you in your natural hair. I say GREAT will do!

So i do. A week passes & now im starting to feel really weird. I also finally receive news that i won a contract from the competition (along with EVERY other person there) so now im REALLY excited & i begin working on getting a portfolio done because the pics from the shoot in the competition were DEFINITELY not gonna cut it. i get them done & i send pic to Ashley & asked for confirmation whether she received them. No response. UNDERSTOOD.

She's a busy woman.....so i decide to contact doug & say hey i sent the pictures to ashley of natural hair i think you are going to love them. He says "oh yeah i saw them! 10 times better! love them! Hey did you ever contact ashley about those pictures?? I tell him my train of events & he says "well im not near my office right now but i will tell her to get back to you now. & if she doesnt i will email them to you when i get back to the office ok! Im hang up & think, what a cool guy.

i dont understand why the h*ll so many people down this agency, they are really sweet people! WELL....2 more weeks go by & NOTHING so i decide to be completely honest because by now the ratio of complaints i received about this agency over good ones is about 8923789749239489230849028382 to 20. so im really skeptical, ESPECIALLY after seeing the empty promises & the half page "contract" plus the 150 dollar casting cards that they referred form the procardsprinting site, that is also them by the way!

MORE MONEY FOR THEM YAYYY. SO i say doug, i texted ashley as you said & no picures have been sent yet. not even a response from her? is everything alrigh? im starting to feel weird here. This time an IMMEDIATE response-GO FREAKIN FIGURE! "ADRIANE, ASHLEY IS AT IMG SHOWING THE MODELS PHOTOS RIGHT NOW. YOU REALLY SHOULDNT BE SO PUSHY ABOUT SOME HEADSHOTS THAT I TOOK FOR FREE.!!!!

YOU SHOULD BE KISSIN ASHLEYS A** RIGHT NOW INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT SOME SIMPLE HEAD SH*TS<---(yes he said head sh*ts, great typing) INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT THOSE YOU SHOULD BE THINKIN "WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE ASHLEY LIKE ME SO SHE CAN SHOW MY PHOTOS???) Now im furious becaus ethe only reason i kept askin is because HE TOLD ME TOOO!!!!!

so i politely tell him that was highly disrespectful & that i dont need to kiss anyones a** to make my dream a reality. & that no further association is needed. so he says best of luck. then 20 minutes later when i guess he was still pissed he text "YOU REALLY SHOUD BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU TEXT THE CEO OF THIS AGENCY!!!!" & i text back "YOU BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU TEXT THE MARINE WIFE OF THIS HOUSEHOLD.! Telling me to kiss a** isn't exactly a smart move.

Awesome professionalism though! As i said before, no further association is needed.  So i advise those of you who need this to beware, but nonetheless if u like to learn from your own mistakes as i did, take the 500 dollar risk. You really can do whatever you believe you can do. im just not the one to deal with this type of garbage from a low budget agency to make my dream a reality. had this been ford or something i would have never said anything to anyone but yes ma'am no ma'am but these people??? please.

Now comes the part where i temporarily step out of character & i dont care who disagree or dislikes it because no further response will be made so to those that beg to differ in response to this. Go ahead if it makes u feel better talkin to yourself but anyway. MODEL PRODUCTIONS, AMMS, MODEL SHOP ALL THE ABOVE & ESPECIALLY THE DELIGHTFUL MR DOUG WALBAUSSER......IF THER IS GONNA BE ANY A** KISSING, IT WONT BE ME! SO PUCKER YOUR LIPS!
