Mollen Immunization Clinics II, LLC Doing biz with SAMS Wholesale Club. Walmart Flud shot SCAM Sams Club 6646, Georgia

I went to Sams Club and paid $20 for a flu shot on October 9, 2010. I was told that since I had insurance, I had to pay $20 and balance (if any) would be billed to my insurance company. I received an invoice from their office in Scottsdale, AZ in the mail on 4 Jenuary 2011. I have tried to phone them on toll free and direct phone numbers. The voice mail auto attendant transfers calls into an unanswered extension and no messaging capability. I then googled them and found many complaints noted from different sources on this same Scam! I am ticked and will not pay this ripoff company posing with Walmart and Sams Club. -Kevin Melbourne, FL
