Pacific Monarch Resorts They sold me a fraudulent package. I have owned since 2002, and have not been able to use my points due to overbooking on their part. Laguna Hills California

This company has only been able to accomodate my vacation needs once in the past 5 years. I have called up to a year in advance and have been told they can't book a year in advance for Tahoe.

At that time they informed me that Tahoe did not offer suites, and I probably wouldn't like the accomodations they had! They falsely represented themselves stating they had get away packages that allowed you to book spur of the moment.

My interest was in international travel, they push interval international as part of their package, again, I have tried to schedule 2 weeks ahead, 3 months ahead and 6 months ahead, 1 year ahead and have not been successful in any of my attempts to schedule trips.

They send you huge catalogues but do not have resorts in the area's they advertise or they are all booked up. I can't even schedule trips to Las Vegas, during off season, Utah or Tahoe during the ski season! They have over sold memberships and should be governed not to take advantage of the public they way they have.

I am interested in contacting an attorney to recoup my loses and to terminate my involvement with them. Is there any other class action suits out there with my same problem?

I have also tried to sell this vacation package at a reduced rate to no avail. Was I the only idiot out there to fall for this scam?
