Monroe Muffler And Brake this was $3000.00 ripoff to say the least tiffin, Ohio

My daughters car was taken to monroe when the ball joint broke...   within days the head gasket blew, they had it towed there. it was repaired at a price of 1500.oo In less than a week it was acting up so back it went. This time they said it was the #2 cylinder misfiring .this could not be repaired by them they were having it looked at by another place they called her and said it could not be repaired she would have to have it towed they could not put it together . SHE DROVE IT IN THERE !They suggested a new engine,being a young family with 2 little ones they opted for a used engine. They did put the engine in ,this car was down for at least a week or more THIS time. the next day  my son -in-law with the kids in tow called us the GAS line had fallen OFF . WE repaired it  the very next day the oil pressure light was on ,  they pulled the one off the engine they took out charged them one hour and a half labor . THEY PLUG IN. Then the oil pressure light comes back on ..in she goes AGAIN. They are to check the other ball joint. She was called TWICE to say he thought it was fine,well the next day of course she was told no it needed replaced also and the crank shaft sensor? as well Now this trip is up to $700.00   a piece broke off as they took it out so had to wait for the next day to get the car AGAIN.  he litterally took 5 minutes to plug it in . When they said it took 5 minutes and  the part cost $40.oo at auto zone ,theycharged  them a hundred dollars mark up he said oh well go to auto zone. IT died the NEXT day AGAIN, blown head gasket!!! Every time this car came back something else went wrong. NEVER will we or any of our family go there again. Now I realize why we had to take OUR vehicle back after they repaired it.
