Morgan Lewis & Associates Vantage Point Services, Check and Go Debt collectors told me they were the law threatening arrest Buffalo, New York

Person contacted me named Andrew. First thing said was he was from the legal department of NY. He told me that I owed a debt. I asked for proof and he right away stated that if I did not pay in the next 30 minutes the Manchester NH police will be picking me up and I would have to serve 2 to five years and thousands fines if I did not give them a payment right
now. Out of fear for myself and my child I paid them with money I did not have available. I did not find out they were debt collectors until after the transaction was processed. They did not let me review my debt or identify themselves as debt collectors.  

After trying to speak with David Stewart (General Manager) and getting nowhere about his offices illegal practices I have filed a complaint with the FTC, NY Attorney General, and the NH Attorney General. They have violated over three federal collections laws. I am in the process of getting a lawyer to file a lawsuit against this company. 

They called me and scared the living hell out of me. I thought I was really going to jail that day.
