Morgan Properties Utilities bill scam for exiting renters King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Morgan Properties of King of Prussia does not read your utility meter for your final bill. They average the bills from 2-3 months ago and charges you on that basis.

In my case, I left my Morgan Property apartment May 31, 2008. They took the actual gas bill from February and March and divided it in half and charged me that for my two final months of renting. My gas bill for February and March was $312.32. $312.32 is what was entered on my final bill for gas for April and May even though I was in the apartment less than 20 days during the last two months of the rental contract.

Anyone knows that it is much colder in February and March than in April and May. They shoud have provided me an actual reading.

Morgan properities is a very large operater of apartments throughout the United States. This amounts to nothing more than a money grab of potential millions of dollars. This needs to be stopped now!
