Mossy Nissan Liars about invoice pricing, then changed price on purchase order. Avoid! houston Texas

We had several issues while attempting to buy a truck from this dealer. First, they add $695 on top of the msrp for adding nitrogen to the tires and securing the air bags (aren't they secure already?)Thhis should have been an indication of things to come.

My husband gets a corporate discount with Nissan (VPP) which is $150 below dealer invoice. When we asked for this pricing, they stated the invoice price was $28,700 on a truck with a msrp of $30,000. They did not produce the actual invoice. We left without buying a vehicle.

Several days later, we returned with pricing from another dealer on an identically equipped truck with the same msrp. Since the completing dealer's price included a $500 credit to use Nissan financing (which we were not doing) we agreed to add that back into the price. When the salesman returned with the purchase order, they had added another $500 to the price, stating since we weren't using Nissan finance they had to add it n (which they had already done during the negoiation). We were there going through this nonsense in excess of 2 hours,

since the salesman would routinely disappear for 15 minutes at a time. All the staff there has no sense of urgency or respect for the customer's time. They walk around at a snail's pace. We left again never to return and will purchase our truce elsewhere. The infuriating part is that they blatantly try ti rip you off, and the sad part is that they get away with it everyday to customers who may not be savvy in the car buying process.
