First of all I am a fairly forgiving person and give people the benefit of the doubt. When researching MHSRV I did my best to overlook the bad reviews I found in the Internet. My mistake. I can say that the salesman and the service writer were nice guys but there is where it ends.

We purchased a NEW 2012 Coachmen Concord from Motor Home Specialist on December 13, 2011. Upon delivery inspection there was still obvious items their inspection team had overlooked and many we missed because of the delay in getting it out the door at closing time.

We took the kids and grandkids out to look at Christmas lights the following week and the main door swung open on a right turn at an intersection. I had personally checked the lock after everyone was in. It would be several weeks before MHSRV would be able to schedule a shop appointment. [continued below]....
..... By that time I had discovered a whole list of problems including one of the three slides was malfunctioning. This list of repairs took nearly a month.

On our first trip to Florida another long list was compiled. More shop time. all, the RV was available for my use just 52 days of the 7 months I have owned it.

According to the independent contractor who actually made the frame repairs, the Coachmen Concord 300 TS has been having
this problem for the last two model years. That was not what the Coachmen rep told me. He said only one other TS 300 has had this problem.

After the RV came back I could see where the repairs had been made. Back to the shop again.

I finally told MHSRV that I no longer felt safe in this RV and wanted another one from a different manufacturer. To make things simple I selected another one but they were not allowing for any of the time my Coachmen was in the shop. I would be losing over $20 thousand dollars for two months use of this RV. In my opinion this one is a piece of junk that was not available for my or anyone's intended use while in the shop.

I sent an email to the CEO of MHSRV and got no reply. Next I sent one to the top. 

No response. No apology. 

So now it is in the hands of the lawyers. So the other reviews about them being finished once they collect your cash may have some merit.

My family's whole spring and summer RV experience has been ruined and we were forced to fly on all our pre-planned RV
trips because the only part of the RV we had were the payments for an RV that was in the shop.
