I want to let the public know that MSI is a SCAM we thought that by going with then would make our credit great but it was the EXACT opposite! They charged me a retainer fee of 1086.00 and my husband 800.00 well, i gave them authorization for a ONE time transaction of the first 150.00 for my husband and I total of 300.00 well They took the money out it was not the time they said it would come out so it put me in the negative after that we called MSI and spoke with COREY BROOKS and told him we did not have the remainder of the money 936.00 and to hold off on taking it out for another week, they did not they tried to process it my bank declined it after that corey called my husband and told them it was declined my husband again said dont take the money out and also my wife does not want to go with you guys anymore instead of telling us how to cancel the contract corey insisted on a reason why and then hung up on us, when we would try to call him he would not answer our calls, well on MARCH 4th corey ran the 936.00 dollars again which he had not authorization to do so, its the 5th now and we called MSI and asked for our money back we spoke with corey and got nowhere every time I asked im where did he get the authorization to take money out of my bank account he would not answer so we spoke with a guy named CHRIS ( THE MANAGER) he said we never called them in time and that he could not give us our money back so they took 1186.00 from me and I was only with them since FEB 16th 2010, also they say that they will mail you prepaid postage stamped envelopes NOT true the envelopes where blank they sent labels with their address on it, and when I mentioned that they said they never said such a thing I dont understand how people can do this we are int he military fighting keeping these people free and they cant just give us our money back when they did nothing at ALL FOR US!!!!!
