I didn't think this was going to be this easy, this is agreat sight to speak your mind. This is the first time I am using it, I found it online looking up this company multisoft, I found a lot of former complaints about them. I contracted a deal with them, the sales person on this contract was good, but the company sucks. I went with them after looking around, what a mistake.... after some time they sent me to training..... and it was the worst ever..... and I mean the worst. I complained to this guy Robert, who I FOUND TO BE THE WORST and an a*hole . I was going to start a new company, but after this NO WAY... I FOUND THIS GUY ROBERT  to be an a*hole in plain terms. His employee's are very nice, but they shouldn't be teaching a class .NO WAY.!!!!!!! I had 4 people that needed to be trained including myself.. so I had to fly them in....to this guy's office... what a joke and I mean a joke. There was one guy that new what he was talking about (John).. he had to leave... his wife had a baby.... I wish him and his family well. That guy Robert turned out to be a real a*hole!!!! his program was a real cookie cutter program if that. I needed more work to my sight, he quoted me $23,000.00 for everything, after class I went into his office and said.... look I am new to this, THE PRICE IS FINE... but i need it fast, and i need what i need. The sales person Tony came up with a good idea, he said let them write out the program, and let's make sure its everything you want. The next day he told me it would be $2500.00 bucks, and that will go toward the price, and he will start on it as soon as John gets back from him and his wife having a baby. I agreed. I WIRED THE MONEY WITHIN TWO DAYS. In the mean time we wanted to change the skins on the sight, because they SUCKED... I sent my partner in to meet with ROBERT,  he treated him like he was an a*hole !!! and I mean a*hole, he talked down to him... told him that he didn't have a appointment and basically thru him out of the building, maybe this guy is a racist..... My partner is black.... what the fu*... treat him this way.. for no good reason ...I tried to let it slide, but I couldn't.... I hope that some of your new clients read this, before they do a deal with you or you go out of business .. In the mean time I heard my competition was going there to do a mlm project... I also heard that they were going to take my DATA BASE and use it. You would never know it, trust me how would you know this, if they tapped into your data base, shared it with them.... emails... phone numbers... anything... I was very concerned, I didn't want to talk to them, I didn't trust them, I trusted my sales person TONY... I hope someone from Robert's competition hires this guy... what a pro.. I CALLED HIM, he said no way.. Well ... I put my guard down, and said o.k. lets go with it. The next day I emailed JOHN, I wanted to go over everything with him... he called back,  I told him my concerns ... of course he said no way.. the next day we set a time to go over everything.. Well here we go... what bullsh* A-HOLE ROBERT IS THERE ON THE PHONE. telling me how wrong I am to question him on my concerns... This guy has problems.. he has ego problems.. I heard from someone that he just recently became more of an owner.... well Robert you have a lot to learn. We didn't get much done, they didn't honor the price that he gave me...remember I didn't to negotiate with him.. because I wanted it soon and i wanted the what i wanted. Everything he said that day, was bullsh*.... HE WAS LUCKY HE WAS 1500 MILES AWAY. They wanted to up the charge, then telling me that another part of it, wasn't included in the price... Everything that comes out of this guy's mouth is bullsh*.... I called my sales person Tony, I told him I wanted my money back... He said I AM SORRY FOR WHAT HAPPENED... BUT THEY WILL NOTGIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. really... well starting next week I am going to have people in front of his business telling everyone the truth about this man, with signs... I read a rip off report about him 30 minutes ago on the web... they said he has IRS problems... they said he will be out of business by year end.. This guy couldn't deserve it more .... wow.. If I worked there, I would start looking for a new job !!!!! it sounds like there is problems in this company...I later found out, he has the worst reputation ...could you imagine, trying to pay someone $23k in this economy, for work that would of cost him $3k if that..... they say everything always has a full turn on things when you f*** people. Please don't use this guy for your MLM BUSINESS or any business. He will f*k you, like he tried to me... I have approx $10k in this deal, that I lost .... I am sure, when I get done with him, he will loose 10 times more.. maybe, maybe not ..... time will tell... you shouldn't f*k people... and next time..don't f*** people, this wouldn't happen to you Robert... good luck looser!!! if any one else has had a problem with this a*hole.. please email me @ (((ROR redacted)))

I have a lot time on my hands, and plenty of money to find out the truth... and what is this... I hear about this owner Peter....hiding money from his WIFE that he is going thru a divorce ?? I GUESS I WILL FIND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS ...
