I saw a report on thsi site with identical problems to mine - word for word.  I wish I saw it before I sgned up.  myresellerhome.com offers a bargain priced reseller so I wwent with them.  Paid Nov 3rd for 3 months.  Lots of trouble to transfer my sites over to them.  Good thing since that delayed my trsnfer of the 2 big sites I have till I sort out the smaller ones.  If you add domains from your panel and route them over they DO NOT automatically show.  You have to chat them (THE ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM EVER!) and they will do whatever and say "check now".  They never tell you why.  Tolerated that.  They changed the IP that accesses my control panel.  never told me.  I went to CHAT and ask how to access my cpanel.  They gave me an IP and said "try this"without any explanation.  When I asked if that is a temp or perm they said it is perm and the onld one does not work... When were you planning to tell your customers???

The final blow: Jan. 8th I go to one of the sites and it say "This account has been suspended".  I find that ALL OF THE DOMAINS I host with them said the same thing.  CHAT them again.  They say, "check it now" and sure enough it is up.  What happened.  They say it is a bug in their accounting system.  That is almost a year after the gentleman complaining on this site about the same problem.

I am charging back my payment.  If I had the time I would sue them for the reputation damage I incurred from customers seeing the account suspended notice.  This should NEVER be put up even if one does not pay.  Just take the site down.  Public humiliation is not accpetable, but it is outrageous when it is done to people who PREPAID.
