RUSSEL MAY, A MYSCORE.COM CONTRACTOR HAD HAS DIAL FOR THE INBOUND RETENTION CAMPAIN. I would like to express my sentiments, on behalf of the company for which I represent, that had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one Russell May, proprietor of May Strategies Inc.

 

Russell May and I had contacted each other sometime late last year around November, to conduct business together, one wherein my company, Central Xodus Depot, would render Retention services as a call center for May Strategies. The agreed terms was for our company to perform retention services for clients that wanted to cancel, and to be paid per talk minute.

 

The terms of the agreement were complied with by both parties from the onset and we had a perfectly harmonious business relationship. Things began to take a turn sour when Russell May assigned another 3rd party agent to handle payments for and on his behalf, the condition being that he, Russell May would forward said funds to the 3rd party for distribution. This is when pay distribution had become delinquent until there was none to be received by those that had rendered time and service.

 

The first instance occured in June 2015 when we had rendered a full months worth of service without getting any pay for such service. Despite several questions and update requests, the pay that was due to my company took a little over a week to reach us AFTER the pay request was made for the entire month.

 

We had let this pass since this was the first, and in our earnest hope, the only time this would ever occur. Then the unfortunate event occured.

 

For the entire month of July, despite numerous requests and demands for payment, no such funds were ever forwarded by his assigned representative. And while there were several direct demands for pay sent to his representative and to him to forward the pay we had worked for, no such demands were ever answered.

 

What's more is that Russell May insisted that we take up payroll issues with the assigned 3rd party, as if to lay blame on the assigned to have misappropriated said amount. When confronted, his assigned 3rd party representative indicated that no such funds were ever transferred for distribution and that the only activity of transfer indicated that it was cancelled and withdrawn 2 days prior to its clearance.

 

Again, we sought and demanded Russell May to send off payment for the that month worked, yet those demands and request fell on deaf ears. Instead, Russell May continued to point the finger to his 3rd party assigned implicating misappropriation on their part, but totally avoiding and evading the isssuance of pay.

 

Then, Russell May approached us and indicated that a new project was in store and had indicated that our company take lead role in that particular regard. We had reluctantly agreed to such commitment and strongly indicated that we can and will move forward with such new project as long as the previous month's salary be settled.

 

He had agreed. To emphasize his "sincerity" on such payment, he promised to send the funds immediately via Western Union and within 3 days from the date of such conversation. Three days later, no such funds came. Again we demanded and this time the promise was to be settled Friday the next week.

 

Again Friday came and no funds were ever forwarded. Again we demanded. This time around, Russell May acted as if to get irritated with the issue of demand and replied that he will settle it once the funds had cleared back into his account. All this while pushing the issue of taking and handling the new project, WITHOUT PAYING THE PREVIOUS WORK DONE.

 

To this end, we had decided not to continue any such projects with Russell May until our demand was met. His reply simply reverted us back to his 3rd party agent assigned again implicating that said 3rd party agent had misappropriated such funds.

 

Interestingly enough, when confronted, his 3rd pary agent maintains with fervent passion that no such funds ever reached their account and that despite his own personal request to clarify the situation so as to give a decent honest answers to those that had been pestering her for the pay, Russell May had continuously indicated not to mind the comments and that the funds would clear anytime soon. That was a little over 3 weeks ago.

 

Up till now, Russell May can't even provide a reference number for a supposed wire transfer he had made. That raises a very big concern as this individual, Russell May, has blatantly refused pay for work rendered for and on his behalf, a clear blatant violation of the agreement entered into late last year.

 

Moreover, the incessant referral to his 3rd party agent does not negate the fact that the contract we had entered into was between Central Xodus Depot and May Strategies Inc. Whatever 3rd party agent he had assigned came after the fact. More to the point, we have no business with the 3rd party agent as she, just like us, is but a mere agent of the principal, Russell May, and can only move with limited access and responsibility.

 

At the end of the day, it cannot be denied by Russell May that he acted as, and is in fact, the principal in which we had entered into a contract with. And since Russell May is the principal, He is obliged by agreement to pay for services we rendered for and on his behalf based on the agreement entered into. Whatever issues Russell May has with his 3rd party agent is between them. We have no part in that.

 

That said, I am posting this issue to make this occurrence known and to take our plight somewhere where there's a hope for some sort of assistance. We seek any advise from those that may chance upon this to be able to seek proper remedy to this vile act of sevitude.

 

And, if no such advice may come, then at least we are able to let those know that Russell May DID NOT PAY US for the services we had rendered as per agreed.

 

I hope this letter finds merit and I hope that we can spread this information so that we can get some sort of advice and assistance and so that we can prevent innocent job-seekers from falling prey to unscrupulous businesses and businessmen like Russell May.

and despite assigning anything else to a 3rd party, when one of the original parties to the contract refuses to comply, then he shall be held responsible…. NOT THE 3RD PARTY

Anyway Russell, I hope you are happy with the result of your dishonesty and absence of transparency for the information you can actually provide. But still you decided to just keep quiet as it would make more money for you. I guess you can consider yourself a perfect example of a scammer.

Ladies and Gentlemen, what we have on our hands right now is a clear cut sign of a fraudulent action by a man desperate in a whole lot of things.  in short, he’s a scam and he knows it.  And since we’ve all been victims of this character, I propose one thing: a Mass Synchronized action against one Russell May, owner and representative of May Strategies Inc.
