EDITOR’S COMMENT:  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, information that did not conform to current policies and/or the identifying information relating to the individual(s) and/or business(es) named in this “Report” and any subsequent comments thereto have been editorially redacted as indicated by the following “(((REDACTED)))” or (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST)))”.

CONSUMERS:  Be kind.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.  Stick to the facts.  Do your research.  Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.

PLEASED TO SEE SUCH EFFORTS?  YOU CAN HELP RIPOFF REPORT COMBAT THESE TYPES OF ISSUES:  Ripoff Report, as resources allow, is working towards combatting Cyberharassment, Cyberstalking, Cyberbullying and/or other problems such as what is generically called “revenge posts” that can be riddled with personal commentary and/or allegations that can be serious.   Ripoff Report would love to be able to timely address each and every review request we receive, however, this takes resources.  If you think this is a worth-while endeavor, we encourage you to make a donation so that we can expand the resources that we can devote to this project.  You can make a non-tax deductible donation by clicking HERE NOW or learn a little more by visiting our “Donate to our Efforts” page.  The more resources we have, the more resources we can devote to this project and other forward thinking and positive initiatives like it.

Fake Agent Exposed!

Miss representing celebrities using celebrities names and brands to receive 10′s of thousands of dollars  claiming the funds will be going in escrow accounts for the celebrities.

However once sent, not passing the money onto celebrities. Lying and keeping the money for himself claiming the celebrities were confirmed, when they are not even notified or even confirmed.

Hes insisting they were, saying one story to the actual agent and another story to the client. Story consistently changes to saying he never claimed they were confirmed when we have all the evidence in email trails over 6 months.

Once exposed commiting fraud he then changes his whole Terms & Conditions on his website to accomodate his fraud. A complulsive liar, a total scammer as we have evidence through email trails over the last 6 months.

(((REDACTED)))has threatened to sue us for defamation as we have posted this online, however exposing the truth of his scam, is LEGAL AS WE HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE IN WRITING.

(((REDACTED))) has finally agreed, that the deal was not actually confirmed, the talent did not know the full extent of the deal, and was misleading. However, he has not refunded the amount of $35,000 as this was meant to be protected in an escro account.

This was a charitable event, we tried to book a celebrity for that we tried to help the vitims of hurricane sandy. If a business or an agent like (((REDACTED))) is capable of scamming a charitiable event that was made to support people in need, clearly nor does the business have any credibility, nor does (((REDACTED))) himself.

Do not do any bookings with celebritytalent.net as you will lose tens of thousands of dollars!

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mr. Peter Tsallas is a con-artist & unfortunately mentally disturbed

For all who read this man's posting on Ripoff Report, unfortunately Mr. Tsallas who filed this Ripoff Report hired our company for a fraudulent celebrity project and our staff worked on the project for months and then found out he was mentally disturbed.   We found out that Mr. Tsallas was running a penny auction site called Auction A Celebrity which is an attempt to con people and fans of their money by telling people that his company can actually give a bidder a chance to meet a favorite major performer or celebrity by purchasing bid tickets on the site.  Mr. Tsallas retained our company and when we found out he was not legitimate, we stopped working with him and he started creating false internet postings on our company.  He has attacked legitimate agencies setting up false scam sites and even using Ripoff Report acting like our company is the scammer.  He also has attacked my attorney Sam Sherman, who filed a lawsuit against him on Ripoff Report, who is a professional and contacted him to work out some sort of solution and he got worse. Unfortunately Mr. Tsallas is in Australia and we are in the US, so he avoids prosecution and is avoiding mental health professionals interested in helping him.   We found out that no major artist or manager has approved that Mr. Tsallas can do what he is doing on his site in any way, so we stopped working with him. and warned major agencies about him.

He suggests that a bidder who wins can have time with Eminem, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, One Direction, and others.    He says that a bidder would have a chance to spend time with the celebrities if they spend money buying bid tickets when there is no chance of winning at all.  Although not very professional or creative, Mr. Tsallas and Auction A Celebrity seems to be fleecing money from fans of major artists.  He is also suggesting that he has contacted major superstars, which he has not and that $40,000 will be donated to a major charity to obviously try to suggest a philanthropic aspect of this “ponzi type” scheme.

 Directly from his auctionacelebrity.com site.

"Maybe you’ve always fantasized about hanging out with one of the world’s sexiest music divas – superstars like Rihanna, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga or Mariah Carey.

Imagine a candid chat over dinner with style and football icons David Beckham or Cristiano Ronaldo, or even a cheeky cocktail with Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake or the boys from One Direction.

Perhaps the world’s most successful R&B heartthrob, Usher, who has made a sensational transition from star performer to star-maker behind the scenes, is more your cup of tea.

We’re going to leave you in suspense for now and won’t be telling you whether any of the name’s we’ve mentioned above are on board for Auction A Celebrity’s unique experience, BUT if you really need to know each star taking part as we announce them, register for our Star Encounter Alert (link to registration page) and find out whether your long-time dream could possible become a reality!

I wanted to give a rebuttal on this man's posting and warn all who may visit this site auctionacelebrity.com not to send this man money and to let others know about this scam who are legitimate fans of these artists.

It is too bad that people like this can post lies and negative things on the internet about legitimate companies and professional businesses.  Please contact our office if you have any concerns about the legitimacy of Mr. Tsallas's negative posting on our myself as CEO or concerning (((REDACTED))), thank you. -(((REDACTED))) president, (((REDACTED))).
