Dana Peden has 0% sex appeal and she looks like she's 50 when she's in her mid 50s.(((REDACTED)))  exposed her and her Sloth looking hsuband for the FRAUDS that they are and they're mad so that's why they had posted these two bogus RipOff Reports and a BS posting on thedirty.com and got (((REDACTED))) Monica Foster involved, who is being sued for $50G by a high priced attorney and has a restraining order on her for making threats of violence towards him and his family.  

 All of this will be settled in court very soon!  The Peden's have no faith which is why they were trying to scare (((REDACTED))) into singing a settlement.  When the Peden's show up court, they will be served with other lawsuits from their other victims.  Tristan Stadtmuller will provide proof that they have been stalking and harassing him.  

(((REDACTED))) is a Marine Veteran with honorable discharge and has legit professional work credits, unlike the Peden's.  Dana is very ugly and she tries to convince people that she's a legit model by showing them crappy photoshopped pics stating that it's her work, lol!

After a year of dealing with these scam artist, the Peden's and everyone else associated with them, it's finally over!  

1) No criminal charges have been filed against me either in California nor Colorado.

2) I'm not going to prison because no charges have been filed against me.

The Peden's have lost all credibility because of their own ignorance.  They had paid $50 to a scam artist known as Rexxfield in which they had posted an AUTHORIZED STATEMENT online in their defense.  1st, Rexxfield is a private contractor based in Brisbane, Australia and has no alliliation with law enforcment in the US.  But the Peden's had stated that they have a PERMANENT PROTECTION ORDER against me, which is true.  

However, they also stated that I'm going to prison for a CLASS 4 felony.  They should have waited until the investigation was over with, not when it had just started.  This whole thing has backfired on them BIG TIME!  Now when people question them, no one will believe them.  It's funny that they blame me for all the negativity about them online when I have video recorded proof that people have said negative things about them since 2010!  THE PEDEN'S HAVE LOST!!!

Here's some things to consider:

1) Who would wait 9-10 months to take legal action against someone that is ruining their business and their good name and making life threats to them?  Especially when a year ago they had called the LAPD on me and said that I was threatening them with a gun, which was my 1st time meeting Dana Peden in person.

2) Why would such a successful business care about what one person has to say about them unless they theselves was famous or a well known politician.  Wal-Mart doesn't care about what others say about them unless someone like Obama critizes them.  

3) Why take things to Colorado and not Los Angeles? Why was there never a police report or anything filed against me in LA? They claim that they were FORCED to move to Colorado because I was stalking them.  Who would give up their life and everything because of one person and not get the law involved earlier to stop me?

4) They blame me that their film "Bad Kitties" isn't making any sales, yet they claim that the producers of "The Blair Witch Project" and "Paranormal Activity" helped make it, so how am I hurting their sales when they have no advertising or anything for it?

If you do business with these people, here are some helpful tips to prove that they're trying to scam you:

1) Get a copy of their drivers license.

2) Get everything in writing.  Keep all email correspondances and text messages.  Change your phone settings so that all text messages won't delete automatically.

3) Never give them any money. Even if they say that it's for booking Mel Gibson for a project.  More than likely they will say that they know a famous person, have them prove it by seeting up a meeting with that celebrity there.  They won't be able to do it, they'll just come up with all kinds of excuses.   They raised almost $100K for "Bad Kitties" because they had lied that the producers of "Paranormal Activity" and "Blair Witch Project" were involved, yet they never provided any proof of this.

4) Never meet with any of them alone. Never let them make the rules, especially Dana, but she'll make it like Sean is making the rules.  Dana runs the show, but she is setting Sean up to make it look like that he's running it.

5) Keep receipts and make sure that they sign it and that they sign all contract and everything.  Never let them create any for you, get an attorney of your own to do it.  You can find them for about $200.

6) See what kind of vehicle that they drive and take note of it.  After they rip you off, you will need it!

7) The Peden's contradict each other, so pay attention to it.

8) Look at their demo reels!  Just those will tell you that they're FRAUDS! They do nothing but talk about how great their production company is and about their success.  They claim to have won Emmy's and that Sean is a 2 Time Emmy Award Winning director.  Why is there nothing in their demo reels nor their website that shows him winning these awards? The Emmy's is a televised award show. Dana claims to be a successful international model/actress, why can't she prove it? Why no videos of her traveling the world modeling, walking the catwalk, working for Victoria Secret or anything???!!!

9) The only address that they provide is a rented PO Box or an address that isn't legit.

10) They don't have an attorney on retainer, they only use different attorneys that they can pay a few hundred bucks to without any kind of retainer.  This is how they avoid lawsuits.

11)  If they've been around for over 20 years, then why have they changed the name of their production company a few times in the past couple of years from Reel Entertainment, Alliance Entertainment, Manic Entertainment, and 22 Entertainment and always changing their email addresses and phone numbers?

I feel that enough is out there to prove that the Peden's and everyone that is assoiciated with them are scam artist!  They really screwed themselves with their AUTHORIZED STATEMENT done on Rexxfield (who is another scam artist). This nightmare is finally over with and I can smile and hold my head hight knowing that the Peden's crime spree has taken a major hit.  I do wish that the LAPD and other law enforcement agencies weren't too lazy to do anything to help.  I wish that attorneys actually cared to help people and not charge them a large amount to help get justice.  But the Peden's failed to realize that the average American is upset with the government, the cops, and etc so even though they had the law on their side, I had GOD on my side.  

I give God thanks that the Peden's didn't succeed in ruining my reputation, my good name, and etc.  Also that they didn't succeed in getting any kind of criminal charges against me.  I also give him thanks that the Peden's scam operation won't be what it used to be. I had hoped that these crooks would be getting arrested, but maybe down the road because law enforcement in America is more concerned with killing people's dogs and arresting 85 year old War Vets in wheel chairs.

Well, the peden's had filed a final authorized statement on rexxfield.com (who is also a ripoff) and they had paid about $50 in which they had blamed me for all of the negative things about them online and that I'm going to prison for a class 4 felony!  This was back in mid August and it's now 12:35 am on November 1st, 2013!  No criminal charges have been filed against me either in California nor Colorado, I still own my firearms, and I still go about my everyday life!  

It's time to ask yourself, who to believe.  Let's look at some easy facts:

1) Who would wait 9 months to take any kind of legal action against someone who is stalking them, harassing them, making life threats to them, and hurting their business?

2)  Why would the Peden's after 9 months get a restraining order against me in Colorado and not California when they had plenty of time?  Why would they not file a police report against me during those 9 months when they had plenty of time?  Let's not forget, I'm a very violent person and I have done serious damage to them!

3)  How can i defend myself in Colorado when i live in Los Angeles and I was given one week to show up at the hearing?  Even the detective in Colorado said that he understood that it's difficult.

4)  If i truly hurt these people for 9 months, why have they never brought up any kind of lawsuit against me? 

These are legit questions that you need to ask if you're deciding which side to believe.  

The Peden's make huge claims of major accomplishments and yet they have nothing to show for it, I can back up my s**+ that I have acted professionally.  

The Peden's have succeeded in stealing my money, but they can't succeed in ruining my image which includes trying to bring me up on criminal charges.  

These people have no power over me nor are they able to hurt me in any kind of way anymore.  I laugh at them and their multiple failed attempts to ruin me after they had ripped me off.  Their permanent protection order can't help them here in the state of California and I have no intentions of ever visiting Colorado.  Especially since Colorado police can investigate a violation in a restraining order, but they can't incestigate the 2nd shooter at the Auroa Batman shooting!

One of my co-stars from the comedy film that I was in titled "Live Nude Girls", has put me into contact with a Live radio talk show that deals with politics.  I will expose these people for the crooks that they are.  ENOUGH SAID!!!  I went to law enforcement for help and they didn't care because they're too busy killing people's dogs and arresting 85 year old War Vets because they want to visit war memorials.  I am now going to media/press to expose these crooks live on AIR!  This is covered undr the 1st Amendment for FREEDOM OF SPEECH & FREEDOM OF THE PRESS!!!

The Peden's had 9 months to serve me a subpeona for slande, defamation, and etc. they never did because they know that they can't prove anything.  So they created criminal sanctions agaisnt me and abused the process and lied saying that I was stalking them, making threats of violence to them, and etc.  

Who would wait 9 months to get a restraining order one someone that is threatening their lives?  

Keep this in mind, the PEden's claim to have been in the biz for over 20 years and claim to have won Emmy's, where's their proof?  My credits are legit and when "Live Nude Girls' gets released, you'll see me riding in the KITT car with porn actress Bree Olson who was one of Charlie Sheen's "GODDESSES" after he got fired from "Two and a Half Men".  

So why believe them over me???!!!

I'm still waiting for someone in law enforcement to grow a pair of balls and try and take away my firearms!  

I will not comply with the idiot judge at the Araphoe county Couthouse in Colorado who said that I have to give up my firearms and that having any in my possession is a felony.  I will not comply with any kind of restraining order because they are UNCONSTIUTIONAL!  This judge is a traitor to the US Constitution as his ruling violates my 2nd Amendment.  The government has no right to take away my 2nd Amendment right.  The 2nd Amendment states "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED".  

Obviously this judge doesn't know what that means and gained nothing from years in law school.  All because the US has become a Communist nation doesn't mean that I will comply.  Law enforecment is nothing more than n**i's as they betrayed their oaths to uphold the Constitution and they enforce laws that violate it, yet like the n**i's at Nerumberg, their excuse is "I'm just doing my job".  

I have no problems going down WACO style for any PIG that wants to try to enforce this idiots UNCONSTITUIONAL ruling taking away my 2nd Amendment rights.  

I am such a dangerous person that these people that was mentioned in this RIPOFF REPORT waited 10 months before they took legal action against me because I was stalking them, harassing them, threatened to do physcial harm to them, and etc. That's how dangerous of a person that I am, they waited 10 months before they decided to take legal action against me.  Even though they never filed anything against me with the LAPD or anything else like that.  They never took any Civil action me either even though they knew where I lived and worked for 10 months that they could have gotten me served a subpeona.  This is how bad of a person I am and this is how much I have hurt them and etc.  HA!!!

But the point of this Rebuttel is pointing out that NO ONE tells me that I have no 2nd Amendment right.  I'm a HARDCORE PATRIOT & VETERAN.  I supported Chris Dorner and his actions toward the LAPD as everything that he had said about them is true.  So if anyone wants to enforce the idiot judges ruling about me not having a 2nd Amendment right anymore, my soul is prepared to die.

This is hilarious! What these people will do to try and hurt me. Yes I do have a restraining order against me in Colorado, because it couldn't get done in California where all of the events occurred.  No I'm not going to jail and no nobody is taking my firearms away from me. I know exactly who did this Ripoff report and if anyone wants to believe it, go for it, because I can prove that I'm legit and I can provide more than enough references to back me up. 

I will say that I am dealing with an attorney that specializes in fraud and cyber crime and she's going to help me with my case. I don't care about the restraining order at all. I live in Los Angeles, not Colorado. Colorado can't do nothing to me. 

If I were really a threat to someone, why would they wait 10 months and move thousands of miles away to get a restraining order against me? 

I ddon't own a production company called Big Rex or a production company period. 

You think that I care if someone finds this? I was recently in a comedy film titled "Live Nude Girls" that has Andy d**k in it.  I played a lead singer in a heavy metal band with Bree Olson as my groupie. We rode front seat of KITT from Knight Rider with Bree Olson sitting on my lap. 

Oh no, this rip off report is going to ruin my life and so is a restraining order against me in Colorado done at a local courthouse! I am so scared. 

Anyone who wants to get more information about all this, I got a lot of evidence, recordings, and 8 other people on my side. I am dealing with an attorney, but not to fight the restraining order, but to take my case and my evidence to the FEDS.
