national adjustment bureau did not pay the remaining balance of 485.00 owed the finance company for my car that was deemed a total loss due to a wreck. Boca Raton Florida

purchased their insurance through dealership where i purchased my vehicle, because they suggested it said it would help pay finance company off if my car was involved in an accident and the insurance company check did not pay off the account that gap insurance would take care of whats owed left. in my case 485.oo. well they wouldnt even pay that. after talking to them she said they dont pay off interest either. i said what good does it do to get your insurance cause everyone has to get financed and you dont know when an accident will happen, so if i had my car a week then had an accident they wouldnt pay off cause of interest? this company is a ripoff. i know other people different circumstances and guess what their underwriters find and excuse for not paying.
