NATIONAL CONGRESS OF EMPLOYERS multiplan daniel pilo, compliance director, i've been trying to get him to return my calls to get our insurance claim paid from my husband hospital treatment frederick, Maryland

11 months ago my husband was having chest pains, being that he's never complained of sickness i took him to the close emergancy room in ocala florida. he was treated and had to stay over nite for observation.  since then i have received bills from the hospital and doctors. contacted my agent diane wisniewski, she informed my to send copies into the insurance company until they paid. did that for 3 months no results. contacting her agian she gives me a phone number of daniel pilo compliance director, i've call emailed and faxed messages and information about why i was in need to have him get a hold of me. nothing. in the mean time i've contacted the billers and have been paying a small amount on the bills so they will not go to collection. i'm at a loss. i need some help.
