Planned a move from Nashville, TN to Dallas, TX for a 2 bedroom condo. Booked with this company through a booking agent who told me I could have my things delivered on the Friday date I requested. Spoke with a man on the phone and gave very detailed descriptions of each piece of furniture in every room. I quoted 60 boxes and he said if there were more there would be a small charge.  I paid the deposit and was told that I needed to pay the balance upon delivery in Texas.

The truck arrived at the given time on Monday in Nashville and the 2 men that loaded could not have been nicer. However, at the time of their arrival, I was asked for the balance to be paid by cashier's check or money order for which I was not prepared. Luckily, I could drive down the street and buy one at a grocery store. After paying this, I was told that I had 70 boxes and so much more furniture that I had initially given.  I looked at the list and was appalled at what was written down. Mind you, I gave detailed instructions at the beginning.  Hardly anything I said was down. I was then told that I would owe $1,500 MORE than the total I had already paid in full.  I was shocked! I demanded to speak to a manager or owner and when I did he was rude and said he would give me a $200 credit.  By then, almost everything was loaded.   I reluctantly agreed  to pay the balance on delivery that Friday. The driver pulled away waving and said, "See you in Texas on Friday."

I drive to Texas on Thursday and continually tried calling the number on my receipt with no answer. I was trying to find out the delivery time. Finally, I reached a dispatcher named ADAM who was the rudest man ever.  He nformed me that my furniture would be delivered on Monday, not Friday. I, being very upset, questioned why no one had contacted me about this change. He refused to answer my questions and when I asked who would pay for my hotel room for 4 nights, he laughed and hung up on me. After that, no one would answer my calls. I tried calling the owner and he wouldn't answer, nor would he return a message.

I called the booking late on Friday and had a helpful person contact the owner with my complaints. I received a phone call from my driver/delivery man early on Sunday morning saying he would be delivering that afternoon.  Apparently, the booking company's call got my furniture to me!

This company has terrible communication, rude office employees and seem to be in the business of overcharging upon arrival. I would never use them again or recommend them. I am sorry for the drivers who work for them.

This sounds just like this company

I can sympathise with this customer; these actions sound exactly how my move was setting up luckily we were able to get out of it before the move ever started.  I am glad they canceled our move without notifying us.  This company is a joke.
