National family Solutions Scott Bermaster I cancelled case weeks ago before Documents were complete and asked for refund and at 2:42 am this morning two weeks later they send the documents Santa Barbara California

I paid for the Mother's Rights program and paid them the $100 down and then paid $1050 for completing the documents.  That was like a month and half ago.   I called them two weeks ago and spoke to case manager, Scott Bermaster and he said the documents were not complete.  I cancelled the case right then and there and he said I would have to advise the Admin dept through email.  I sent them 6 emails with same message and they responded and said they would review it and get back to me with my refund in 10-15 business days.    Well,..  this morning at 2:42 am I get an email from this Jackie at their firm who is obviously sitting up in the middle of the night to complete these documents after I cancelled my case with them because they didn't want to refund my money!  I called and called and emailed them every 5 minuytes today  til they responded and then they say the docs were completed when I cancelled.  No, they weren't.  They are lieing.   

The documents were not complete.  

So, I have gotten the authorities involved now and pressing them at the moment.   So when al this comes out of court; will let you all know.   

Warn anyone you know who tries to do business with these peopel and firm.  They are not what they claim to be as Professional.    

It is a rip off what they are doing.
