My husband and I purchased furniture with no results. Our originall purchase was in Feb. 06. We were told the furniture was available but it is not. We have been on the back burner since.

They continue to lie to us and make false comments. We have been told several times that our reimbursement check has been sent. I have sent e-mails and faxes requesting a refund which needs to be done in writing. As of 8/18/06 they total over 10.

The other complaints listed for this company are right on. No return phone calls or any other contact. Endless excuses. Continual lies regarding furniure orders and refunds. The poorest customer service imaginable. False advertisement with the BBB.

I have spoke several times with the owner, Myron Savage. He also has made several false claims and cannot be trusted. He has told me that he would handle my refund personally but nothing has been done. He claims to be ex-military, if this is true then I hate to imagine that someone with such undesirable characteristics has represented the United States. I was able to locate him via the Internet. I have his personal phone number and home address and will continue to contact him until I have been satisfied.

I can not belive this company still exists and no other legal action has been taken against them. I will do all I can to spread the word that National Furniture is a complete rip-off. I have consulted with a legal advisor and will pursue to the fullest extent regarding my purchase. DO NOT GIVE NATIONAL FURNITURE THE TIME OF DAY!
