I took a Lead position with NHCD. This job is a total joke. I wish that I would of saw this website before I took the position. When I interviewed, they told me that there lots of money to be made and this was the perfect at home position. You could work as much or as little as you want.

I took this job as a part time position just to make a little extra money. After training, I realized how it was totally impossible for this job to be part-time. Not only do you spend a lot of time calling people, you have to attend weekly meetings that really didn't help at all. I felt like the meetings were a waste of time. I also felt like everyone that won the daily contests weren't real,. or at least, no one ever won from the team that I was on.

Plus, the promotions, my manager constantly sent e-mails about how she was going to promote people, and then she never announced who they were, etc... Also, if I didn't work for a couple of days, my manager would delete my numbers and I would have to call for her to add numbers to my account... One time I called all the numbers on my sheet and when I went into my account, I had no numbers!!!!

I think the setup fee is stupid.. As one person mentioned, it helps from people calling long distance for free, well that wouldn't happen... They would charge you for any long distance call that you made, it wouldn't be for free!!!! It is just another way for this rip off company to make some cash... All I can say, I wouldn't recommend this worthless job to anyone.. It is a total joke and I waste of time...
