We purchased a home in July 2010 and the Realtor advised he would cover home warranty insurance with Capital Home Protection as part of the purchase deal. We noticed some leaking today and tried to contact the company. Apparently, we are not the only ones that have been ripped off. The site states that the number is not currently working and the sites states to email info@capitalhomeshield.com.

We called the Realtor and told him what was going on and still to no avail. Seems as though many people are reporting this company and I found out through research that in some states they were not even suppose to be doing business. In the state of Washington there is currently an investigation, and wondering if anyone knows about the state of Virginia.
