National Homeowners Association Bidwilly; Perfect Living National Homeowners Association Lawn Maintenance is a scam Orlando Florida

We have been using National Homeowners Association for our lawn maintenance, but our yard guy left the company early December.  Since then, our credit card has been charged for services not rendered.  I have tried to have the company credit the charges and cancel my account, but it is impossible to reach anyone.  The company will not answer their phones, and we had to use a complaint-via-email approach per the company's request.  Since December I have had to open 2 complaint tickets -- neither of which have been resolved.  The person the company keeps referring me to (Solomon) will not answer the phone or return my messages.

I looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau's website and discovered it has an "F" rating for the same issues I mentioned.  What makes this laughable is that the company tried to deflect their rating by stating the BBB is a scam, itself.  Also, the "Acting President" named Solomon (probably the same guy who refuses to call us back) rebutted the Ripoff Report's claim that this company was fraudulent by deflecting the issues-at-hand once again.

Truth be told, you get what you pay for.  This company offers a service at a very low cost but look at the price we are paying now!  Unwanted charges on our credit card and there is nothing we can do about it unless another entity -- whether it be BBB, an attorney, the media or the Attorney General's office intervenes.

Do not get scammed by this company.  Do not ask for their services -- EVER!  Consumers, be warned.  Stay away from this ripoff!
