Hello there i recently have had a collection agency send me 3 distubing letters for witch i know i have allready paid but if i did not wanted to resolve. first thing i told them i have paid this and  told them i needed a reciept for this transaction so this dont happen again. they informed me they dont give reciepts and that my payment method they dont take discover so i told them i'm on dissability and get paid once a month next time i get my check would be on the 28th next month. they said no good if it was not paid by the 25th they were going to repot us to the credit berureo and still no reciet for my payment. it saddens me the lenths to collect 14.29 cents of wicth allready paid to them but will pay to get them of my back but only ask for a reciept they would not give me one said they are not required to and i said well guess im not paying! ( i mean three days give me a break

i have allways paid my medical bills my wife can attest this she is the one paying) so i have contacted the billing office for sewickly hospital and there is a diebt for that so if i missed for some reason dont have any problem with that but still swear that through this company have allready paid this bill. unfortanatly there biusness hours are from 8 to 4 pm i called at 430 and left message and will be following up with them to pay so i can get a recipt thats all i need proof of payment witch they wont give me and i asked for there supervisor. they tranferred me to i guess was there supervisor but when i asked her her credentials as boss or her name and phone number she would not give it to me and she hung up on me. im sure they have recordings of this atleast they said i was being recorded and i have no problem paying any bills from me but I am not going to pay any/thing unless i can get a reciept for it so this dont happen again...  sorry but am very irttated of this whole mess can ya help me  i;m not looking for a law/suit just justice.  thank you!!! for listining
