Reps will not return calls. Have been told our goods were put on a wrong truck, needed to come back to warehouse and go back out, delaying delivery. Problems with other customers delayed delivery, ect.

Suspect that rep is claiming to be 2 individuals (Will, who quotes price and delivery; and Jay, who takes care of problems that "Will" has created)

I suspect our goods have never left thier warehouse as promised and told, that they are lying to us, waiting for a full truck, and ignoring the contracted and verbally promised delivery date.
