National Power Supply sent us a junk engine in place of a reman engine and won't deliver reman as promised Yakima Washington

On 9/25/2013, we paid National Power Supply for a completely remanufactured Detroit 60 engine. They sent us a junkyard engine that had NOT been remanufactured and claimed that their warehouse staff mixed up our engine with another order and sent us the wrong engine by mistake.

The business relationships between us and our buyer, and our buyer and the end user have all been destroyed, and the long standing reputations of several companies and business professionals have been ruined because of National Power Supply's inaction in resolving this matter. The issue was discovered and presented to National Power Supply on 12/17/2013. On 1/18/2014, they finally agreed to send us what we ordered at no additional charge. Since then, there have been unexplained delays, bogus tracking numbers, and countless unreturned phone calls and emails, but still no engine.

National Power Supply clearly is only out to scam customers out of their money.
