We should have known better.  The quoted price was $499.00 plus additional fees based on the difficulty involved.  So we ended up with a $1133.00 bill.  Everything becomes difficult when the bill is mounting. 

The real kicker was the storage deal.  The company called to say they had got the car seven days ago.  We were told to wait for billing to contact us about how to proceed.  

When they finally called seven days later, we had two days to pick up the car.  This was the really rotten part of the deal.  We have no time to go that far nor the desire to pay the sky high repo bill.

A lesson learned about internet theives.
