I work at a local grocery store in Beaufort Sc called Bi-lo. A represenative for National Studios there with his stand offering a 10X13 an 16 walletts for $10.99, plus a sitting fee. I figured why not go ahead an do it. I had made an apt for June 6th of 2008. The day had arrived, my family looking their best. Our pictures were taken, I felt the photoing went very wear. I was rather excited to see the pictures. At the end of the session the guy had told me that in 10 days I will be recieving a post card in the mail letting me know a time day an time that I will be able to get my photos. On June 20 2008, I had went to get my photos. They were beautiful. I was very pleased with how they turned out. Of course they work their magic to where you want to get more than what you were offered. So I looked an wanted them all. So I went ahead ordered almost $270.00 worth of photos, plus the CD where the rights are signed over to me an I can go an print out more if need be. I recieved my photos that day. They told me that within 4-6 weeks I would recieve my CD in the mail. Well here we are at August 10 an no CD. I paid a pretty penny for this CD an to have the rights signed over. I am not going to sit here an lie they do great work, my pictures were more than I thought they would be. But I have yet to recieve everything I paid for. Everytime I call I get placed on hold for a numerous amount of time only for them to say that there is no order in there for a CD. Of course on my reciept it does not specify anything about my CD. So if you do go ahead a use this service be sure they mark down everything you are paying for. I am now out of a CD. Which sucks because I had handed out most of the photos to family an friends. All I have is the 1 10X13 an a few wallets.
