Nationstar Mortgage Clueless and Heartless Lewisville Texas

Nationstar would rather you go into arrears and get behind rather than help you. i approached Nationstar last year when my daughter was born. My wife almost died during the birth and was hospitalized for approximately three months. During that time, she could not work (of course) and neither could I. (I had to attend to our children)

I approached Nationstar to look for some assiatnce because I knew there would be a problem because we were not working. (We both are teachers). I was told that since we were not behind at that time, there was nothing that could be done. You have to get behind before programs could kick in.

I didn't want it to get to that but it did. Communication with that company is a joke. I've probably spoken to 15 different people over the past year and a half and they are all telling me different stories. I've had people tell me to disregard what other members of their company have told me, especially if it could be beneficial o my family and I.

This is the worst company that I've ever had to deal with. If it goes bankrupt, good riddance!!
