I fell behind on my mortgage payment; it became confusing when MorEquity sold my loan to NationStar.  When I realized I was behind I tried to work a deal I almost became current with my loan and due to medical and excessive bills I became behind by two months.

I called NationStar and I asked if I could work a deal and do everything in my power to catch up with my payments by October; in having a conversation with this gentleman he said that I had to pay the full amount and that if I tried to make payments they would probably not take my payments.  (I have heard of other people trying and catching up with their payments and they keep their money and continue to foreclose in their home.

When I first new I was falling behind I called NationStar I talked to another gentleman and he told me that I could get a deal and re-do my loan (loan modification) he told me that I was part of Fanie mae and the president had signed a law where I could get help to help people that had loans with Fannie Mae.

I told this gentleman "MorEquity sold my loan to the company that put this country's homeowners in so much trouble.:  You people are the reason that people like are in the chaos we are in.  The gentleman told me "can you please hold on a minute."

The gentleman came back on the phone a couple of minutes later and told me "I am sorry your loan is not part of Fanny Mae."  I told him you know its like a tree call it what you want the trunk is called by its name you can call all the branches what ever you want but the botton line is they are part of the trunk and they are technically called the same name as the trunk (you can name the branches what ever you want).  At this point the gentleman decided to end our conversation.

I decided that I had no choice but to put my house for sale (short sale) right off the top they deducted about one hundred thousand dollars and is being deducted by ten thousand dollars every two weeks.  Every person that has come to see my house does not want to buy it they well know that its not worth even by taking off the one hundred thousand dollars.

When NationStar took over my loan, all I got was a skimpy letter and did not really say much except that I was to start paying them.  I don't have a contract with them and I honestly don't even know if they have the title to the house.  God only knows who has the title to this house.

Since I put my house on a short sale list I have gotten so many calls from lawyers and the sad thing is I don't know who to trust.  I had one company call me and tell me that they would provide a loan for me so I could catch up on my payments this company ended up taking over a thousand dollars of my money and now they refuse to give it back.

It seems that everyone out there is just out there to get your money and give you nothing in return, which is so sad.

I have found out a few things, I asked NationStar why did they buy a loan where the house is worth less than half of what I owe.  The answer I got was this is a common practice and we do this all the time.

What I have found out is it does not matter if my house short sales for $50.00 our tax dollars (the government will pay Fannie Mae or NationStar the difference in other words the amount they will claim they lost.

Why is it that this people and the government allow them to do this?  Why is it that they rather see a working person homeless than work with them to help them catch up on their payments and even though the loan is upside down meaning I owe more than its worth they rather see you lose the home?

Why didn't the government instead of giving the money to all of the citiizens that were screwed over by Fannie Mae or people like NationStar set up a form where people could borrow the money from the government or some kind of trust for people that were about to foreclose; because of the cost of leaving, medical care, gasoline ect going up so high and no one getting any kind of cost of living raise to offset the extra costs.

We all hear that the wealthy are the ones that are benefiting the people that caused the problems are benefiting screw everyone else.

I can go on and on including how I got screwed over by HUDD but I am not.

I hope all those wealthy people enjoy their tax free life; I hope they never fall and know how it feels to be at the bottom and there is no one to help. I hope that when they look up to the heavens and their final days are near they can tell GOD what they have done to help the less fortunate than themselves.

I hope that all those people that are working for mortgage companies and know that they are doing shady things can sleep well at night I will continue to pray for all of them, I have nowhere to go I am already at the bottom.

For all those lawyers that are out there to make a penny from the people that are less fortunate; making promises that they probably cannot keep, hope you will never need a lawyer; but I will pray for you although I am not a lawyer I will pray to God forgive them; they are trying to survive.
