Nationwide Auto Insurance Called a claim into Nationwide and they did not even bother to call the eye witness to the accident. Temple, Texas

Some guy ran a red light and caused me to lay my motorcycle down to keep from being hit.   Then the guy lied about running the light even though I had an eye witness.  Come to find out the witness and the guy who ran the light knew each other so now they both are lying.   The eye witness called in the accident and it is on the recording that he saw the accident by saying he saw me hit the ground pretty hard.   Nationwide didn't even bother calling the witness they are just turning down the claim cause the guy that ran the light is now saying he didn't think he ran the light.  I called the police station and they told me that Nationwide did not call the eye witness and they know this cause the witness works for the police station.  Nationwide just doesn't want to pay claims.
